Bell Company has announced their latest innovative product the 360 Invictus rotorcraft along with the US Army Future Reconnaissance Aircraft project.

The current prototype of the new gyroplane has already been revealed. The company promises to offer a cheap, but flexible and powerful helicopter gunship to give the US further military advantages. The 360 Invictus is a specialized helicopter that is tasked with dropping off small special forces teams behind enemy lines.

The main rotor system of the Invictus has the same features of the Bell 525. Therefore, we can assume that it is reliable in addition to being tested and proven to be faster than 200 knots. It carries a 20-mm cannon an integrated munitions launcher, and more.

The Bell 360 will deliver advanced battlefield situational awareness, as well as lethal options, in support of the maneuver force at an affordable cost. The multi-domain fight will be complex, and our team is delivering a highly capable, low-risk solution to confidently meet operational requirements with a sustainable fleet.

Vince Tobin – Executive Vice President of Military Business At Bell

Bell is constantly looking to push the boundaries of their designs to provide the latest services to the army.
