Android Nougat 7.1.2 Coming To Pixel And Nexus Series’ Devices

Google announced this week that the company is going to be releasing version 7.1.2 of Android Nougat to its Pixel and Nexus series of devices. 7.1.2 is an incremental update that includes bug fixes, and security fixes but is still important to have.

This new release for Android also includes some optimizations and improvements for both carriers and users. For now, the Android Nougat 7.1.2 will be available for Pixel, Pixel XL, Nexus 5X, Nexus 6P, Nexus Player, and Pixel C devices.

According to Google, public beta is eligible for those who are enrolled in the Android Beta Program. If people want to try the open beta for this version the easiest thing they can do is simply signup for the Android Beta Program and it should allow you to download it if you have a compatible device.

Google is expecting to release Android Nougat 7.1.2 within a few months after the testing period has been completed too make sure that their devices are completely compatible and ready for public release!
